SAP Year-End Closure

Due to Financial Year (FY 2025-26) closure activities such as revenue budget allocation and budget carry-forward in the SAP ERP system, certain SAP functionalities will not be available from 01.04.2026 until further instructions.

All users are requested to complete any urgent SAP-related activities on or before 31.03.2026.

The reopening of the system for FY 2026-27 will be communicated separately.
New Features & Enhancements : 1.Uploading of DT Installation Certificate is mandatory after Division-To-Section Gate-Pass.      2.For any issue with RAPDRP User Profile like Email ID, Mobile Number, Telephone Number, IsOfficeInCharge, Password Reset, communicate with field IT Department team.      3.For any issue in any IT system, communicate with concerned Corporate IT System team through its Support Email ID.      4.If Budget error occurs, please contact concern Circle Accounts/FI section.
